It's much more fun to celebrate April 15th as Garden Blogger's Bloom Day, hosted by May Dreams Gardens, than as the deadline to file your taxes! Each morning this week I've found a new bloom unfurled in my garden.
I have Salvia greggii blooming too. I thought it was a fall bloomer. Maybe the heat of last week and the cool nights have tricked it. My pineapple sage did the same thing last spring.
Your garden is lovely. I love salvia's and have quite a few reds and purple/blue. The hummingbirds love those don't they. Thank you for visiting my blog. I have added you as a favorite. Carla

How lovely! And how odd that we have some of the same flowers--I'm in the arid Texas Hill Country where we have to be stingy on water.
Bloom day is much better to think about than tax day. :) You have some really pretty blooms. What is the third photo?

I'm gonna have to get some spiderwort.

Yes to your bloom day flowers, no to tax day! Lovely. Thanks for visiting and picking my porch post.
