Learn how to say Hallelujah

"We learn to praise God not by paying compliments but by paying attention.  Watch how the trees exult when the wind is in them.  Mark the utter stillness of the great blue heron in the swamp.  Listen to the sound of the rain.  Learn how to say Hallelujah from the ones who say it right."
Frederick Buechner.

The video below is one I put together for my family.
The photos were taken on vacations to the North Carolina beaches and mountains,
in my garden, and from the porch of our family home on Lake Norman.

Ginny,
Your pictures are just lovely. Our state is a beautiful place and you have managed to capture its beauty perfectly. I agree that it is in the everyday appreciation of creation that we worship God the most. Thanks for sharing! Carla

Ginny, thank you for sharing such a lovely set of images and ideas. I love the idea of attentiveness as praise--living and fully experiencing the good gifts all around us.
