I am always amazed at how bees fill up those pouches. Then fly off like an overloaded plane, wobbly.
Sometimes (in a weird way) bees remind me almost of dogs or cats--the one in the second photo looks like it's about to scratch an ear with its back leg.
A very apt quote for the beautiful photos. If you are in the tropics, that lens can produce lots of macro shots of very diverse organisms.
